A re-engineering challenge where two platinum partners had failed, leaving a mission critical division manageing key partners in Excel. We completely rebuilt the partner qualification portal for Oracle product qualification requests and then developed a system that triggers 3 tiers of FA operations and detailed customer account management for over 100 account managers. The solution was then integrated with Tibco Software on the FA side and Tableu advanced reporting for the C level executives. The solution then became a blueprint which was rolled out for each indepent partner account.



Pardot Marketing Automation for Closed Loop Emarketing

Complete business analysis and strategic closed loop marketing technical implementation using the Pardot marketing automation platform. Work was completed within a tight two week timeframe.

Complete rollout of Salesforce to the national sales teams – with separate access rights, product lines, layouts and reporting needs for inside sales (SMB) and outside sales (enterprise).

Then integrated Accessline acquisition, completely separate business offering within the same salesforce instance providing, separate access rights, profiles, layouts, product lines and workflows. Special care was taken to insure that Accessline users noticed no difference in their operational workflows during the transition. All while providing a single point of truth to executives enabling management of the total merged company from a single interface.

We then ramped up the customer support organization with customized case management that allows sales team members to attach assigned sales engineers to any opportunity or account. All incoming web-to-case cases are then automatically assigned to the linked sales engineer. Allowing for seamless account management and customer support for Intermedia’s key accounts as well as 900,000+ users.
